Sheronique is presently undertaking a MSc. in Psychology at the University of Exeter. She combines her academic insights with practical HR applications to foster a positive and productive work environment at the firm. She firmly believes that the understanding of human behaviour is paramount in effective people management and aims to continuously inspire meaningful change within teams and the firm on a whole. It must be added that Sheronique also takes care of our recruitment needs.

Beyond the professional sphere, she channels her creativity into singing, songwriting, and dressmaking.
