Any person could have mental capacity reduced due to old age, an accident, and many other circumstances of life. We are aware that not every one of us would have a trusted individual who could look after them when they need assistance.

We set up our COP and Trust team to provide professional help to those who need it most. We serve our vulnerable clients as their professional deputies or attorneys. We are also happy to act alongside lay deputies or attorneys, or just offer them advice when they need it.
