During the Covid-19 crisis we can provide a remote service by videoconference.
The land registry are now allowing solicitors to deal with ID1’s remotely.
The ID1 has been replaced by the ID5 which now allows solicitors to deal with identification remotely. You do not need to be a client of the firm.
We provide this services acceptable by all lenders (as have 5 partners).
You will not need to attend our offices for this service and an appointment can be arranged for the same day. Please call Mr Tanna who will assist you with this on 020 232 9560.
What is the cost?
ID5This includes a meeting, reviewing the documents and dealing the ID checks and sending the ID5 by recorded delivery. |
£250 + VAT |
This includes arranging the videoconference on the same day, dealing with the ID5 (which replaces the ID1 when dealing with remote signing) and sending by recorded delivery.
All we need is the ID5 completed and two forms of ID scanned to us – A passport or driving licence and utility bill or council tax bill is acceptable. This can be sent to Mr Tanna at vtanna@garner-hancock.co.uk.
Please have the original ready to show the solicitor during the videoconference. A picture will be taken of during the videoconference and attached to the ID5.
