Certificate under the Hague Convention
Many international documents not only require a Notarial Service but also an Apostille also called certificate under the Hague Convention. We can arrange an Apostille from the Foreign and Commonwealth and Developments Office (FCDO). We are registered with the FCDO who hold our signature and stamp.
Documents that may require an apostille stamp include:
- Birth certificates
- Marriage certificates
- Death certificates
- Adoption certificates
- University transcripts
- Passports
- Identity documents
- Power of attorney
- Wills
- Probate
Apostille Service
We offer two levels of apostille services from our offices.
Standard Apostille Service
This includes the posting of your documents and apostille certificate to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. This usually takes around 3/4 days.
Priority Apostille Service
This service is 48 hours. To achieve this, we work with our approved London agents who hand-deliver the paperwork to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. This way they can obtain the stamp immediately.
Our agents are security-checked before they can perform these duties.
Contact us for full details as to how this can be achieved for you, and the fees involved.
