You will receive a pack from your conveyancing solicitors which will include:
- Guarantee and Indemnity agreement
- Independent legal advice confirmation
- Mortgage offer
You will to bring with you the following ID
- Passport or Driving License
- Bank statement no more than 3 month old or Council tax bill not more than 3 months old - please note print outs may not be acceptable.
PLEASE NOTE YOUR NAME SHOULD BE THE SAME ON ALL DOCUMENTS IF IT IS NOT IT MAY DELAY MATTERS.
You will need to sign the Certificate and then send this to us for us to endorse once the advice is given. We shall then endorse the certificate and send this by recorded delivery and by email to you to send on to you solicitors of lender. We shall write to you with confirmation of advice and a copy of the certificate.
