PROBATE

From £1,500 plus VAT and disbursements

The typical timeline from start to finish is 1 to 3 months to collect and distribute the estate and 3 to 6 months to obtain a Grant of Probate.

The costs and time required are contingent on the complexity of the estate administration and the necessary advice. Please note that the standard client engagement fee and any applicable disbursements will be applied if relevant. We will inform you of all costs during the initial meeting.
