A Month On: What’s Been Happening Since Garner & Hancock Joined Forces with Adams Delmar
It’s hard to believe it’s only been a month since Garner & Hancock officially welcomed Adams Delmar into the family. So much has happened already, and the past few weeks have been full of ideas and positive changes. We wanted to share a little update on how things are shaping up and what this new chapter means for our clients.
A Fresh Website
One of the biggest transformations has been our new Adams Delmar’s website. It’s brighter, clearer and much easier to navigate, with service pages that explain things more simply. It finally feels like the online version of who we are in person.
Updated Branding
We’ve also refreshed our visual style. It’s a small detail, but it makes every interaction feel more polished and consistent. The new look blends Garner & Hancock’s heritage with Adams Delmar’s friendly, community‑focused personality, creating a unified identity that feels both professional and approachable.
Streamlined Processes Behind the Scenes
A lot of the biggest improvements are the ones you don’t always see. Over the past month, we’ve been working hard to make everything run more smoothly. Communication is clearer from the moment someone gets in touch, onboarding is faster, and our document workflows are more efficient. Internal coordination between teams gets better every day – all of this means improved efficiency and a much more seamless experience for our clients.
And This Is Just the Beginning
We’re only a month in, and there’s plenty more to come. Over the next few months, we’ll continue improving the website, adding clearer resources and guides for clients, and refining our processes even further. We’re also working towards a fully unified brand experience across both firms. Our goal is simple: to make legal services feel clearer, kinder and easier for everyone who walks through our door.
