Should you wish to progress, our costs are charged at our hourly rates:

  • Regular legal cost updates and future estimates when needed.
  • Regular evaluation of your case.
  • Preparation of legal documents.
  • Representation in court and throughout negotiations.
  • Maintained communication and updates.
  • Advice with respect of when alternative dispute resolution would be appropriate.
  • Advice in respect of when seeking expert guidance from counsel is appropriate.
